IGNITE is an immersive and transformational leadership experience to support mid-to-senior level women leaders to thrive in these volatile and uncertain times.

Research shows that women often outperform men in demonstrating the traits needed to lead during difficult times, but they also experience higher rates of burnout and fatigue.  IGNITE will help you to create a resilient pathway to lead at your best.

Program overview

We will take you on a process of self-discovery, exploring your beliefs, mindsets and values to help you unlock your current adaptive challenges and be at your best.

This program is designed to help women leaders to:

• create a broader impact in their organisations, team or community

• lead with confidence, balance, and resilience

• influence and inspire those around them

• harness and enhance their presence and personal power to fulfil their purpose and potential

• create balance and wellbeing in their lives through actionable strategies to sustain it

• view their biggest challenges with a new mindset and as an opportunity for growth

• Develop a personal purpose and vision for the next 3-5 years, using the strengths from your life experiences to create a pathway towards your vision

• Gain deeper self-awareness through understanding patterns, exploring beliefs and values, motivations and strengths

• Identify actionable strategies to find this elusive thing called balance

• Grow your confidence by working through self-doubt

• Become conscious of your language and the stories you tell yourself, learning to reframe and reset

• 4 x half-day online group sessions spread over 2 weeks

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the time commitment for the IGNITE program?

IGNITE is an online program with 4 x 4 hour group sessions on 15th, 16th, 19th, 20th June 2023. In addition there will be four small group coaching sessions (90 - 120 minute each) scheduled during July to October 2023. IGNITE is accessible across all geographic locations due to the online format. Please let us know if a different time slot is required.

Do I need to attend all of the IGNITE sessions?

We strongly recommend attending all sessions. The program is designed so that each sessions builds on the insights and knowledge from previous sessions.

What online platform will IGNITE utilise?

The platform for both the initial 4 x half day sessions and the small group coaching is ZOOM

How do the small group coaching sessions work?

There will be 4 x small group sessions of 90-120 minutes each. Groups will be at a maximum of 4 people. The coaching will help deepen your insights and make sustainable shifts in your behaviour and how you show up. It is a safe space to experiment, further explore any blocks and gain support and encouragement  to step into your new way of being.

Can IGNITE be tailored for specific organisations?

The IGNITE program can be tailored to suit your organisations specific requirements, brining in your organisation models or adjusting the program format and timing. IGNITE can be delivered in time slots suitable to your geographic location.
