Leadership coaching consists of a series of one-on-one tailored coaching sessions supporting each leader to unlock their greatest potential. Incorporating a wide range of tools, concepts and models gathered across 30+ years working in, and supporting corporates and small business.

I’m passionate about designing and delivering high quality workshops, bringing a grounded, practical yet intuitive, ‘can do’ approach to each workshop, group experience, or coaching session.

Through facilitation I aim to support and inspire people, teams and business’ to discover, transform and unlock their greatest potential. Imagine the possibilities if you could tap into the potential of each person in your team?

Since 2015 I have been providing specialised workshop creation, leadership & personal growth coaching, transformational facilitation, confidence building, and team engagement & alignment solutions. Building a track record of creating highly engaging and effective workshops for groups of all sizes, from shop floor through to executive management.

Proven to provide value for both experienced and inexperienced facilitators. This 4-hour session supports facilitators to build confidence and improve their ability to create engagement and value for their clients.

Leadership Development

Unlocking Leadership Potential (emerging leaders)

Unlocking Leadership Potential is a three module program designed for emerging leaders, blending personal insight with practical and foundational team leadership strategies.

Designed as a two-day program for groups from 6 - 16 leaders. Can be customised and adjusted to support multiple half-day or full-day sessions.

  • Leading from Within focuses on self-awareness, values, and leadership identity, guiding participants through a process of personal exploration. Tools like DiSC and MBTI, along with models like Situational Leadership and the Iceberg Model, help individuals lead with authenticity, adaptability, and impact. Foundational leadership skills—communication, feedback, delegation, and routine-building—set the stage to create leadership excellence.

  • Module 2: Building Effective Teams equips leaders with tools to cultivate trust, align goals, and foster psychological safety. Leaders will develop a 12-week development plan.

  • Module 3: Awareness to Action – Coaching offers optional post-program coaching, providing flexible support to reinforce learning and navigate challenges for ongoing leadership success. (additional cost)Description text goes here

Inside-out Leadership: Mastery, Teams, & Transformation (established leaders)

The Inside-Out Leadership program is designed for established leaders seeking to deepen self-awareness, enhance team performance, and lead with greater impact.

Designed as a two-day program for groups from 6 - 16 leaders. Can be customised and adjusted to support multiple half-day or full-day sessions.

  • Leadership from Within offers a reflective exploration of leadership identity, values, and mindset, helping experienced leaders align their personal leadership style with evolving organisational demands. Tools like DiSC and MBTI support refined self-understanding, while core leadership practices—communication, feedback, delegation, and strategic focus—are reinforced for continued excellence.

  • Building a High-Performance Team equips leaders with strategies to strengthen team cohesion, build trust, and drive results. Frameworks such as Lencioni’s 5 dysfunctions of an effective team and the GROW coaching model enable leaders to empower others, align goals, and foster psychological safety.

  • Awareness to Action – Coaching offers optional post-program coaching, providing targeted support and accountability. (additional cost)

Embed & Empower: Coaching skills for Leaders

The Embed & Empower development workshop incorporates the key principles and skills for leaders to build their coaching skills and to integrate those into their daily leadership activities. During the session we will explore key principles underpinning effective coaching, types of questions to support coaching, key perspectives to consider when coaching, and the GROW model of coaching.

An essential element of this session is the Real coaching practice, participants will work in small groups to practice using the GROW model, rotating through the roles of coach, coachee and observer.

Designed as a 4-6 hour workshop for groups from 6-16 leaders.

Suitable for both emerging and established leaders.

Leadership coaching consists of a series of one-on-one tailored coaching sessions, incorporating a wide range of tools, concepts and models gathered across 30+ years working in, and supporting corporates, small business, and individuals.

One-on-one sessions can provide a mix of mentoring and coaching as each client requires.

Leadership coaching programs include:

  • Briefing call/meeting

  • Chemistry call (to ensure the right fit)

  • Programs of 4, 6 or 8 sessions (each session is 75 min)

  • DISC assessment or Personal Values Assessment
